Scrimshire returns with another soulful Yuletide outing, this time covering the Donny Hathaway classic “This Christmas†with the help of the wonderful Mr. Rob Hynd on vocals. Stac is also back, this time giving her own unique twist to the Phil Spector cut “Please Come Homeâ€; and finally, we’re delighted to be releasing the very first solo outing from erstwhile Part-Time Heroes and Stac pianist (and brother of Ninja Tune artist Jono) Stephen McCleery. His gorgeous and subtle re-working of “We Three Kings†is the ultimate laid back holiday treat, and rounds off another seasonal trilogy perfectly.
